A strong build for 4 mans with lots of enemies vs elemental enemies. Not as effective on 1 mans or low density such as 4 man repair shelter. TEDDY shots also benefit from Plasma Arc+ and can zap nearby enemies. Becomes especially effective if you can funnel down enemies to one point so TEDDY shots can arc easier.
