Do real-money purchases include the purchase of V-Bucks?

Yes, purchasing any quantity of V-Bucks (regardless of how you purchase your V-Bucks, including via a credit card payment in-game or by redeeming a V-Bucks card you purchased at a retail outlet like Target or Wal-Mart)  is considered a real-money purchase.  Please note that purchases made using V-Bucks are not eligible. 
 

I made a real-money purchase. How do I set up Disney+?

After making a real-money purchase, please visit fortnite.com/disneyplus and follow the steps to redeem your Disney+ offer. Eligible new Disney+ subscribers will be required to set up a Disney+ account, agree to the Disney+ subscriber agreement, and provide a valid payment method. You must be 18 years of age or older to redeem this offer and set up a Disney+ account. If you need any help setting up your Disney+ account, please visit Disney+ customer support here. 
 

Where is this offer available?

The Disney+ offer from Fortnite is only available to players in the following participating territories: the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Austria, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Please note that players in Germany are only eligible for a one month trial of Disney+.  
 

Can I get multiple Disney+ offer codes if I make multiple real-money purchases in Fortnite?

Sorry, the offer is limited to only one Disney+ offer code per eligible Fortnite account.
 

What happens when the Disney+ offer period from Fortnite ends? 

Once your offer period concludes, you'll be able to continue enjoying Disney+ as a paid service. You'll automatically be charged the standard monthly rate for a Disney+ subscription in your market, unless you cancel your subscription. Cancel anytime.
 

How do I cancel my Disney+ subscription before the offer period ends, so that I’m not charged? 

Before the end of your offer period, simply follow the steps here to cancel your Disney+ subscription to avoid being charged. If you have any questions around the cancellation process, simply scroll down to the bottom of the page and select “Live Chat” or “Call Us” to speak with live Disney+ customer support, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 
 

If I cancel my Disney+ subscription before the offer period ends, do I still get to enjoy the full offer period?

Yes! Even if you cancel your subscription before the offer period concludes, you’ll still get to enjoy Disney+ on us for the full length of the offer period. 
 

Am I eligible if I previously had Disney+?

You are not eligible for this offer if you currently have access to a Disney+ subscription. If you cancelled your Disney+ subscription,  but still have time left on the subscription, you will not be able to redeem this offer.  
 

Does my offer code expire?

All codes expire on January 31, 2021. Be sure to redeem your code before the expiration date!
