Celebrate Fortnite Battle Royale’s 5th Birthday with New Quests and Fortography!

Happy 5th birthday, Fortnite Battle Royale!
Starting September 23, 2022, at 9 AM ET, we’ll be celebrating the 5th birthday of Fortnite Battle Royale with special in-game Quests, a birthday-themed Fortography showcase, and Fortnite trivia on social media. Check out all the details below.
Birthday Quests
During the birthday festivities, the Battle Bus will be flying with a new birthday paint job. After thanking the bus driver for dropping you off at your favorite POI, find yourself a Birthday Present on the Island full of high-grade loot, as well as delicious, restorative Birthday Cake. There’s decor too — Balloons (a.k.a. convenient floating devices) are also back!
Use these unvaulted items to complete Birthday Quests, available from 9 AM ET on September 23 until 9 AM ET on September 27. Complete these Quests — which will be findable on the Quests page — to unlock the new Fuzzfetti Cake Back Bling, Celebratory Slice Pickaxe, and Sparklecake Emoticon.
Birthday Fortography
Fortography makes its return to join the birthday celebration! As usual, we want you to show us your best Fortnite screenshot depicting a certain theme. The theme for this Fortography? Celebrating a birthday, whether it be Fortnite’s or a fellow player’s, or simply your favorite Fortnite memory from the past five years.
Need some ideas? You could snap a shot of you and friends enjoying the in-game Birthday Cake or opening the Birthday Presents. Or you can find a sentimental shot you already have in your library. For all the awesome island designers, share some images of a birthday-themed island!
