Simple Cyberclops build, I usually use this for starting ventures all the way to midgame ventures, or lower level missions from early twine and below. Do not expect this to go any further then PL 116 cause the dropoff is apparent, and doing this in 160s is trolling (I still run it in 160s because I love cyberclops)
