Ahead of dropping details on what’s coming to Fortnite Crew in February, we’d like to give an update on where we’re at after the first month. It’s been great seeing players jump in with new Outfits like Galaxia and Green Arrow, and we’re working to make your subscription an even better experience month in and month out.

At the turn of the new year, we know some players may have experienced issues receiving their Fortnite Crew rewards. Also, early attempts to unsubscribe on Xbox may have been a little tricky, please check our Player Support pages for updated steps to unsubscribe on Xbox. As a thank you for your patience, we’re granting all past and present Fortnite Crew members an exclusive new Emote called Members Only. Past, present, and new Fortnite Crew members will receive the Emote upon logging in anytime from now until February 15 2021. 
 

Please note: The Emote may take up to 48 hours to show up in your locker. It may also return in the future for Fortnite Crew members. 

How Does Fortnite Crew Work?

If you’re new to Fortnite Crew or a little confused on what to expect each month, here’s how it all works. Active Fortnite Crew members receive three main rewards:

The Fortnite Monthly Crew Pack

Each month you’ll get an exclusive Crew Pack, an always-new Outfit bundle that only Fortnite Crew members get. 

Each Crew member receives the current month's Crew Pack when they sign up, plus a new Crew Pack at the beginning of every calendar month while they're an active member. Because each month of membership lasts into the following calendar month, Crew members are entitled to any new Crew Packs that are released before their next billing date. If you find yourself getting the latest Crew Pack the day before the month starts, keep in mind that item grants usually begin at midnight UTC -- the same time we generally refresh Fortnite’s Item Shop. 

Please note: Crew Packs and the items they contain are only available to Fortnite Crew members. Previously released items may be made available again to Crew members at a later date. 

Battle Pass Included with Fortnite Crew

As a member of the Fortnite Crew, you’ll always have access to the current season’s Battle Pass! If you’re an active subscriber when a new Battle Royale season begins, you’ll get the Battle Pass without needing to pay anything extra. Even if you cancel your Fortnite Crew subscription, you will still have Battle Pass access to the current season. 

Please note: Players who purchased the current season’s Battle Pass before subscribing to Fortnite Crew will have the original 950 V-Bucks spent on the Battle Pass returned to their account. 

1,000 V-Bucks Each Month 

Fortnite Crew members will receive 1,000 V-Bucks every month on the same day of the month you subscribed to Fortnite Crew. Spend it on your favorite Item Shop content!

Signed up on January 5, 2021? Your first 1,000 V-Bucks are granted immediately. Stay subscribed and your second V-Bucks drop will be granted February 5, 2021, your third March 5, 2021, and so on. The Crew Pack and V-Bucks drops are not tied together, so in most cases, they will likely happen at different times of the month. If you’re unsure when your V-Bucks are getting added to your account, check in-game to see your next V-Bucks drop date.
